LC Waikiki — Turkish retailer of clothing for the whole family. The brand name comes from the Hawaiian Waikiki beach and lowercase letters of the phrase Les copains (French – «friends»). LC Waikiki was founded in 1985 by the French designer Georges Ambalam. The brand specialized in production of clothing for children and teenagers. Looking for high quality and environmentally friendly materials designer went to Turkey, began to work closely with a sewing company Taha Tekstil, which in a few years bought the brand. After that, the brand has developed rapidly: there was a line of men's and women's clothing, increasing the number of stores not only in Turkey but also in other countries
